Data controller of the data collected and processed by the Site

The data controller is Agenzia Lombarda Rappresentanze e Depositi Srl, with registered office at Piazza Borsellino e Falcone 29, 20026 Novate Milanese (MI), Italy, in the person of its legal representative. The data may be processed at the registered office, at the offices of tax consultancy firms or at the offices of any other professionals appointed to process the accounts and anything else within their remit.

Type of data collected and purpose for which it is processed on the Site

The Site collects and processes different types of personal data for different purposes and methods. In particular:

• browsing data automatically obtained from the systems and programs necessary for Site operation, which allows both the correct operation and marketing thereof (for more information, please refer to the "Cookies").
• browsing data may also be used to ascertain liability in the event of crimes against the Site or committed via the Site.

• with the express consent of the user, Agenzia Lombarda may also process the user's personal data for the purposes of analysing consumer habits and choices, bringing its products and initiatives more in line with customer needs and preferences.

Method used to process personal data

Personal data collected via the Site is processed primarily by computer and telematic means while taking security measures so as to minimise the risk of loss or destruction of the data, even accidental, of unauthorised access or processing that is not authorised or does not comply with the data collection purposes as set out in this Privacy Notice. Nevertheless, given the nature of the online transmission means, such measures shall not limit or entirely exclude any risk of unauthorised access or data dispersion. Optional or mandatory provision of data

With the exception of browsing data, the provision and collection of which are governed by the Cookie Policy, the provision of personal data collected via the Site for the purposes of responding to user requests and queries, for marketing purposes and for the purposes of analysing consumer habits and preferences, is voluntary and optional. Failure to provide data does not restrict your use of the Site. Agenzia Lombarda may, however, be unable to respond to your information request and queries or send you information materials, updates, newsletters and invitations to events organised by Agenzia Lombarda and/or its business partners.

Disclosure of personal data

Agenzia Lombarda only discloses the personal data of Site users within the limits of the law and as set out below. Personal data will be processed and disclosed to Agenzia Lombarda employees and consultants and to the companies that provide Agenzia Lombarda with specific technical and organisational services relating to the Site and to the management of marketing and communications activities in their capacity as data processors or appointed processing agents. Rights of the data subject

The user, in any case, has the right to object, in whole or in part, on legitimate grounds, to the processing of their personal data, even if such data is pertinent to the data collection purpose, to the processing of their personal data for the purposes of sending advertising or direct marketing material or conducting market research or issuing commercial communications.
